1) Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy (U.S. Customers)
We offer U.S. customers a voluntary 14-day return policy, calculated from the date your order is delivered.
To start a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at info@babytritt.ch and clearly state that you would like to return your item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
Important: Please do not send any items back without prior authorization. Returns sent without contacting us first may be refused or delayed. Because our business address is located in Switzerland, you will receive the correct return instructions and return address by email after your request is reviewed.
2) Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

unused and in the original condition,
-
returned with all accessories and original packaging (where applicable), and
-
packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
Reasonable handling to inspect the product (as you would in a store) is allowed.
3) Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us before returning anything. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a replacement or refund.
4) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
5) Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we may offer an exchange (replacement) after review. Please contact us at info@babytritt.ch before returning the item.
6) No Statutory Right of Withdrawal (U.S.)
U.S. law generally does not provide a statutory “cooling-off” right for online purchases. This 14-day return policy is voluntary and applies only as described above, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
